  1. No Refunds After Service Completion
    Once a service has been delivered and marked as complete, GyanaDigital does not offer refunds. This includes all digital marketing services, such as WordPress design, video ads, ad copywriting, backlink services, PHP website development, and any other custom or standardized service.
    By purchasing our services, clients acknowledge and accept that refunds will not be provided if the order has been fully completed according to the agreed-upon terms.
  2. Refunds for Incomplete Services
    In the unlikely event that GyanaDigital is unable to complete an order due to unforeseen circumstances, we will notify the client promptly and issue a full refund for the amount paid for that service.
    A service is considered incomplete only if GyanaDigital has not delivered the agreed-upon deliverables within the specified time frame or as outlined in any written agreement.
  3. Refund Process
    To initiate a refund request, clients must contact GyanaDigital through the official communication channels within 7 days of the expected completion date of the order.
    Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after confirmation from our support team.
  4. Exceptions to Refunds
    Refunds are not available if a client changes their mind or no longer requires the service after the order has been completed.
    GyanaDigital reserves the right to decline refund requests if there is evidence of misuse, malicious intent, or violations of our terms of service.
